Founded by a group of lifelong friends who graduated from Mzingwane High School in 1990, our journey began in a WhatsApp group and grew into a mission to create lasting impact through property.

We are proudly South African, driven by the belief that everyone deserves access to safe, affordable, and dignified living and working spaces. Our properties are thoughtfully developed, well maintained, and built to serve real people – students, young families, entrepreneurs, and retirees alike.
